MAR 2007 - Subprime mortgage crisis wrecks the Ancient US economy triggered by a dramatic rise in mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures in the United States, with major adverse consequences for banks and financial markets around the globe.

OCT 24 2007 - China becomes the fifth nation to successfully orbit the Moon.

AUG 8 2008 - China hosts the Olympic games for the first time in its history. China uses the opportunity to stage a massive coming out party as a world power.

DEC 2010 - The U.S. National Debt multiples by a factor of five to 75% of the U.S. GDP. Major buyers of American treasury bonds such as China begin to unload their bonds for more sound investments.

MAR 12 2012 - Brewing unrest over rampant corruption and the "one child policy" within China explodes. China descends into civil war between the communist ruling class and the numerous poor peasants that populate the country.

JUL 2012 - The U.S. National Debt reaches 100% of its National GDP causing massive economic distress and near bankruptcy. Foreign investors begin to look for other alternatives to U.S. investment.

OCT 16 2018 - The Chinese Communist government successfully crushes the revolt, overturning the "One Child Policy," and focusing on nationalistic overtures to reunify the country.

NOV 2019 - The U.S. national debt reaches $18.4 trillion, approximately 148% of its National GDP. China along with the European Union create the basket of currency to replace the U.S. dollar as the primary monetary note of international business. China and other leading economic powers unload all of their U.S. treasury bonds, causing hyperinflation in the U.S. at a scale never seen in its history.

FEB 16 2024 - China lands on the moon. Becoming the second nation in human history to do so. China implements the "China First Policy," stating that it will be the first to colonize the Moon and reach Mars. The new space race begins.

MAR 2025 - China surpasses the U.S. economy and thrives as the U.S. declines rapidly in power. The Second Chinese Golden Age begins.

JAN 19 2029 - Hundreds of private U.S. corporations create the first space elevator. Soon every major spacefaring power creates their own. The space elevator lowers the cost of all space operations by a factor of one hundred.

AUG 18 2029 - China establishes the first lunar colony. The European Union and the United States establish a few of their own soon after.

AUG 2029 - Myanmar becomes a Chinese puppet state. (map 1)

JAN 22 2036 - The United States is the first to land a man on Mars with the help of India.

APR 18 2038 - China establishes the first Martian colony. The U.S., Russia, E.U., Japan, and India follow soon after.

JUN 2039 - China invades and annex's Mongolia. Laos and Nepal fall to China's influence. (map 2)

JUL 16 2041 - China aids Communist Nationalists in Russia to dispose of their government. The Communist Federated Republics is formed.

SEP 18 2044 - China establishes the first mining colony on the Asteroid belt. Most other powers rush to exploit the Asteroid belts near infinite resources.

OCT 22 2046 - European Union colonizes Mercury, the other powers rush to colonize the inhospitable as vital resources are found under its crust.

NOV 2049 - China annex's Myanmar and Cambodia falls under its influence. (map 3)

JAN 2051 - Small outposts are created on the moons of Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus to harvest its water and resources.

NOV 2053 - China stages a "police action" in Thailand and annex's that nation into "greater China." (map 4)

NOV 2054 - China annex's Nepal, Cambodia and Laos. China also demands that Taiwan finally rejoin "greater China," or face war. The U.S. along with her allies Japan, India, Australia, Korea and Vietnam guarantees Taiwan's independence. (map 5)

JAN 18 2054 - China secretly allies with the Holy Islamic Empire and the Communist Federated Republics. The Hegemony Pact is signed.

AUG 08 2055 - The Third Great Human Civil War begins.
