Amendment 37 the "Citizens Amendment" which states...
"(HR 2223.32.23~99b) to attain citizenship within the United Systems of Earth and gain all the powers and privileges that come with that title. Which includes, but is not limited to, the right to run for office, the right to work for Tier 1 and 2 government jobs, the right to move freely, the right to be an officer in the US military, the right to vote, and the right to own a corporation. Aspiring citizen can gain US citizenship by enlisting for any of the Federal Service options.
a. Federal Service includes any of the six US military branches for a minimum of four years with a honourable discharge.
b. Federal Service includes missionary work with a registered religious institution for a minimum of eight years.
c. Federal Service includes working with Sci-Ops for six years.
d. Human beings born on Earth and the worlds of Sol and those born before the date of 09 OCT 2223 automatically gain citizenship. Those born after that date must abide by this ruling.
e. Alien, artificial organisms, and artificial life can only gain citizenship through the American Legion.
f. Non-citizens are still protected under the bill of rights and can live productive honourable lives within the United Systems with the exceptions stated above."

Corporal Samantha Xujiin, U.S. Army 2nd Infantry Division, Lima Company, Fourth Platoon originally of Serene Hills, Raritan V [Raritan] receives her certicate of U.S. Citizenship after successfully completing her military term of service as required by law. Cpl. Xujiin went on to the U.S. Army officer corps and still serves today.

"I [state your name] hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, sovereignty, race or world of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United Systems of Earth against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United Systems when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United Systems when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.
